Mr. Abhinandan Lodha is a young entrepreneur and thought leader who consistently challenges convention. He rebooted his career in 2015 after his first stint of 17 years. Being a risk taker he chose to operate in a market which no established developer had ventured into using technology to drive transparency and efficiency while eliminating physical customer interactions. His journey reflects a forward-looking approach to business, driven by the belief that innovation lies in questioning established practices and anticipating the future.
As Chairman of The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), which he founded in 2020, he has brought in greater governance, convenience, security and accessibility to Indian real estate. Built on the belief that technology enables better governance, HoABL brings standardisation and transparency to a traditionally informal, relationship-driven sector through digital processes and a consistent customer experience.
In just five years, HoABL has sold over 13 million sq. ft. of plotted land, with another 25 million sq. ft. under development across 20+ projects in five states. Its 8,500-plus customers include CEOs and CXOs from leading BFSI, pharmaceutical and multinational companies, as well as celebrities across multiple fields.
In 2025, HoABL entered vertical real estate with Growth Housing, a 3 million sq. ft. affordable housing project in Naigaon, alongside upcoming luxury developments in South Mumbai. The Naigaon project challenges conventional housing models through a digital-first, AI-led journey that eliminates sample flats, site offices and physical interactions, directing efficiency gains towards better quality and faster delivery.
His entrepreneurial journey includes founding Abhinandan Ventures in 2015 and launching Tomorrow Capital, a private equity fund, in 2018. He has also helped build and back ventures across home interiors, digital home financing and children's education, including Bonito Designs, Easiloan, BeyondSkool, and R.I.S.E. International.
