Building Legacies that Last

Create a lasting impact by empowering people. Strengthening communities, and preserving the planet

Reimagining a Sustainable Tomorrow

At the heart of our mission lies a promise to build not just structures, but sustainable ecosystems. Every element, from energy-smart designs and water stewardship to spaces focussed on well-being and eco-conscious materials, is purposefully chosen. Our holistic approach integrates people, planet, and progress, crafting resilient communities that thrive in harmony with nature.

Practices in Action

  • 1

    Energy Efficient Savings

Smart design and renewable solutions work together to reduce consumption and optimize long-term energy performance.

  • 2

    Eco Friendly Materials

We choose responsibly sourced, low-impact materials that minimize our carbon footprint and promote healthier living.

  • 3

    Waste Management

Thoughtfully planned systems ensure waste is reduced, segregated, and managed with minimal environmental disruption.

  • 4

    Judicious Water Use

We transform construction and organic waste into valuable resources—powering greener cycles of reuse and regeneration.

Our ESG Commitments

  • Emission Reduction: Energy-efficient construction equipment, adoption of clean energy, and green internal mobility.
  • Carbon Sequestration: Through Miyawaki afforestation, we create dense green ecosystems that boost carbon capture, revive biodiversity, and support native flora and fauna.
  • Climate Action: Low-carbon spaces using smart systems that align with India’s climate goals and the UN SDGs.

Our vision for sustainable development is anchored in a strong commitment to achieving Net Zero Emissions. As a founding member of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), we embed eco-conscious practices at every stage from leveraging solar energy and installing sewage treatment plants (STPs) to implementing rainwater harvesting systems. Our sustainability efforts go beyond infrastructure, with large-scale carbon offset initiatives in partnership with IGBC and Green Yatra.

    Building a Net Zero Future

    Steps Toward a Greener Tomorrow

    Carbon Offsetting with Plantation drive

Team House of Abhinandan Lodha planted 100 saplings at Thane Miyawaki with Green Yatra and IGBC, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability. Each mature plant can absorb 22 pounds of CO₂ annually.

    Beach Cleaning Drive

Our beach cleaning drives reflect our commitment to preserving nature. By uniting teams, communities, and conscious citizens, we protect our coastlines and honour the legacy of land where luxury and responsibility go hand in hand.

    Frequently
Asked Questions

We prioritize using sustainable and eco-friendly materials. This includes green steel, green cement, low-VOC paints, fly ash, self-curing concrete and other renewable resources. These materials not only reduce the environmental footprint but also enhance the durability and energy efficiency of our constructions. As far as possible we use Green pro/Green label certified materials.

We have a comprehensive waste management strategy focused on the principles of 3R-Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Onsite waste segregation, utilizing construction debris for landscaping and road base, and partnering with recycling facilities are some of our key efforts to minimize waste. We are Inculcating the culture of Zero garbage policy.

We incorporate good drainage systems and rainwater harvesting techniques to efficiently manage stormwater. We collect and store rainwater for landscaping and other non-potable uses. We also create water harvesting pits and water holding ponds to reduce dependency on externally sourced water by 50 to 70%.

Absolutely. We are planning to integrate solar into our projects wherever possible to generate clean, renewable energy. This significantly reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and lowers our overall carbon footprint, making our projects more sustainable.

We take significant measures to protect and conserve topsoil by carefully removing, storing, and reusing it in landscaping and gardening. This practice maintains soil fertility and supports the growth of local vegetation, enhancing the ecological balance of our sites.
