Deol, trained by interior designer Neetu Kohli, will infuse the project with her design sensibility, emphasizing natural materials, spatial harmony, and understated aesthetics.

Mumbai-based land developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) announced on Monday a design collaboration with actor Esha Deol for its luxury villa project in Alibaug, positioning the tie-up as a move to bring a distinctive creative identity to its flagship coastal development.

Deol, who has trained under interior designer Neetu Kohli, will bring her design sensibility to the project, which is described as drawing on natural materials, spatial harmony, and understated aesthetics. The Alibaug development spans over 20 acres and includes 25-plus amenities and two clubhouses managed by Miros Hotels — Château de Alibaug and Sol de Alibaug.

HoABL CEO Samujjwal Ghosh said the collaboration was aimed at creating living spaces that go beyond architecture to deliver what he called “emotion, individuality, and a deeper sense of belonging.” Chairman Abhinandan Lodha added that the project reflects a shared vision of design-led luxury.

Founded in 2020, HoABL describes itself as India’s largest branded land developer, having sold over 1.3 crore sq. ft. and with 2.5 crore sq. ft. under active development across 19 locations in five states. The company operates on a fully digital sales model and counts over 8,500 customers, more than 65 per cent of whom it identifies as CEOs and CXOs.

Alibaug, located roughly 100 kilometres from Mumbai, has seen rising demand as a premium second-home and investment destination, driven by improved connectivity and lifestyle appeal among high-net-worth buyers.
